“People need access to an office as much as they do the convenience of virtual working – both have benefits for our employees,” explains Adam. As we make the return to our state-of-the-art office in Ropley, Hampshire, we’re ensuring our plans and processes are centred around a culture of trust.
We’re promoting these team values while making it clear that no one is required to come back to the office. Initially, we’re encouraging staff to return for individual trial days to help overcome any concerns or anxiety that they may understandably be feeling at the moment.
Our dedicated Clevertouch COVID team is monitoring how this process unfolds on an ongoing basis, listening to and encouraging feedback from all areas of the business and reassuring staff every step of the way. Find out more about our team’s return-to-work plans on the CMI website here.
