There may come a time when it is necessary to perform a full sync of Pardot prospects data with your CRM data. For example, if you want to run a dynamic list with a rule looking at a Custom Object field value, you may need a full sync of data to ensure it is up to date.

Previously, you would need to contact Pardot Support who could take up to 3 working days to get back to you before performing the task. Now, you can do this yourself by adding some form fields.


You will need to add a custom form field in Salesforce on the Lead or Contact object, then create the same field in Pardot. If you sync the Pardot field to the Salesforce field, when you hit save you will be offered the option to perform a full sync of data.


This will save you time creating a case for Pardot support and waiting a few working days for the task to be looked at and completed.
