The challenge
While Salesforce and Pardot gave Avis an end-to-end view of lead journeys, reporting and optimisation remained a major pain point. Campaign data was fragmented across systems, requiring manual exports and Excel manipulation — meaning insights were often outdated by the time they were produced. Avis needed a smarter, real-time reporting solution to:

Our approach
