Adam Sharp, CleverTouch Group MD, was recently invited to sit on a panel of technology marketers, where they discussed the challenges facing marketers and how technology can help. Following the panel he was asked to share his views with BrightTALK on the state of marketing automation (MA).
In the interview Adam explains how MA is the fastest part of the CRM space with just a handful of vendors owning 95 per cent of the market. This is a very different story to that of the email space, where there are lots of vendors and the market is very fragmented.
