A certified Email Specialist will be able to demonstrate their abiliites to build complex customer journeys, create advanced segmentations and design personalised content that makes the most of Marketing Cloud's unique capabilities.
In this immersive three-day virtual training, led by seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Consultants, you’ll dive deep into the platform's capabilities and unique features, all while honing your ability to conquer the SFMC Email Specialist certification exam. You can expect plenty of best practice advice, tips, tricks and practice questions to gear you up for success.
- The course consists of six two-and-a-half hour sessions, and is held remotely over three weeks.
- Suitable for anyone with a job role working with Marketing Cloud, including: Marketing Operations, Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation/Email/Campaign Manager or a Developer supporting marketing.
- Candidates should ideally have 6-12 months of experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The cost of the course includes 1x voucher to take the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification exam.
