In Pardot you can apply a tag to any email, landing page, form or file that you upload. If you create assets specific to a campaign you are running, you can keep your work organised by using tags.

As an example, if you are running an event in the summer, you could apply the tag ‘Summer Event 2018’ to all your assets.

Searching for assets for this event is now easy, clicking the Tag drop down and typing in ‘Summer Event 2018’ will bring up all your emails, forms, landing pages etc for this specific event.



Tags are an old piece of functionality in Pardot, but they aren’t often used that widely by Pardot users we first start to help. We actively encourage the use of Pardot tags to help maintain structure to your Pardot instance.
