Six years on, CleverTouch reaches 60 employees and plans for doubling of growth within the next two years

Company launches enterprise MA consultancy division

CleverTouch Group today announced the signing of its 200th client in Europe, and the launch of its enterprise MA consulting division. The company, which just entered its sixth year of trading with sixty staff, plans to double revenues and headcount over the next two years.

CleverTouch accredits its recent growth to the rapid uptake of MA outside the technology sector: “For the first time ever, half our clients are outside technology industry, which shows the industry is maturing,” said Adam Sharp, co-founder of CleverTouch. “We have seen the biggest uptake in the financial services, and business and professional services. We are predicting that the next growth to come from the utilities and automotive sectors. One thing is for sure: MA is here to stay.

“Autologic Diagnostics, CleverTouch’s 200th client and a small but rapidly growing technology company, reported that a campaign sent out last month generated almost £300,000 in sales in less than 48 hours – having been sent to 1,600 carefully targeted contacts.

CleverTouch has also expanded with a new marketing cloud services division run by senior marketers, to offer enterprise advice and guidance on the latest in marketing technologies and methodologies in the Marketing Cloud. The division is specifically targeted at clients that want mentoring on marketing technologies from three different perspectives: business, marketing and technology.

Founded over five years ago by Adam Sharp and Nick Burrell, CleverTouch Group helps clients accelerate and optimise their marketing automation understanding to drive faster, more predictable revenue. The company was named one of the top 50 B2B agencies in 2012 when it experienced revenue growth of over 120 per cent. In 2013, The CleverTouch Group also launched two further companies; The CommsCo, a PR, social media and content marketing firm aimed at helping fast growing tech firms, and software company Gumbyte, which developed and launched its CrowdVu product, a persona-based marketing intelligence platform. It has also just invested in Nordhaugr, a brand experience creative consultancy.

To support its recruitment plans, CleverTouch has a dedicated graduate scheme, and hires talented graduates and help them start their marketing careers. The company is seeking to recruit talented graduates and placement students from the fields of Digital Marketing, Business Systems, Computing and Computer Sciences.
