Using Pardot suppression lists to avoid overcommunicating
This question could be ironic given our Pardot Xmas tips every day of December, but are you sending too many emails? If so, you could be sending emails to the same prospect multiple times.
To prevent spamming prospects to the point they consider unsubscribing, why not set up a suppression list of prospects who you have contacted more than twice in the last 7 days?
To do this you will need to create a dynamic list with the following rule:
- Prospect has been emailed at least 2 times in the last 7 days.
Add the dynamic list as a suppression list to all of your active Engagement Studios.
