About the course

Our 2-session Account Engagement (Pardot) administrator training is designed for new admins aiming to build their capabilities in owning and maintaining an your organisation's instance. Led by our experienced Pardot Consultants, this 4-hour course focuses on the key skills and best practices you need to optimise your Pardot instance and have the flexibility to facilitate change.

This workshop is designed for:

Newly appointed Pardot Admins or Product Owners who need to build their skills in managing the day-to-day usage of the platform

Marketing Operations professionals who are supporting Pardot Admins or are overseeing a Salesforce/Pardot ecosystem

Salesforce professionals who are looking to gain experience across a wider range of integrated Salesforce platforms

Teams implementing Pardot who need an understanding of the platform setup and structure

Outcomes

By the end of this short course, participants will:

  • Understand the structure of Pardot's data landscape, and how this is integrated with Salesforce
  • Be comfortable managing the Salesforce connector, and troubleshooting issues that can arise
  • Learn how to maintain an instance of Pardot with best practice
  • Explore the integration capability of Pardot with other non-Salesforce systems
  • Master the management of granting users the correct access and permissions to carry out their roles effectively
