When Marketo forms are frequently used, they can become difficult to manage and mass update them when required.

If the Marketo forms used typically contain the same fields, or with small variations, having a central repository held within the Design Studio means they can be used by landing pages and/or webpages without the need to create duplicates. This not only keeps Marketo tidy but also means when looking at a filter such as ‘Filled out Form’, you are not wasting time sifting through hundreds of current and old forms.

This method requires the need to Filter or Trigger based on form submission but also the page in which the form was submitted on. For this, use the ‘Filled out Form’ with constraint of ‘Web Page’.
