Join us on Wednesday 17th July as we share how you can plan for a successful migration project, and some of the key skills and disciplines you'll need to help you achieve it.
Whether your existing platform is over-burdened, outdated or outgrown, or can no longer align to the marketing budgets, objectives and efficiencies your business demands – Martech migration projects are fast becoming an inevitable part of business transformation.
Migrations are time and resource intensive projects that can seem complex and prove disruptive to business as usual – especially within the Sales and Marketing departments. Typically, IT functions like to own the project from end-to-end, but often lack the marketing platform expertise and vital context in how to support marketing objectives.
You can do it well and with limited disruption. However, your people, partners and vendors must be aligned on the process and all pulling in the right direction at the right time.
At Clevertouch we have developed a framework for mastering a Martech migration, having supported numerous large-scale, highly complex migration projects for the likes of Ascential, Atos, BT, Fujitsu and many more.
At this event, we will share the key components of our migration framework, highlighting the people and processes that define and drive direction, operations and enablement.
