On 1st August 2023, Adobe launched their new ‘Engagement Map’ function within Marketo Engage. For the first time, Marketo users can visualise their campaign flows, operational programmes and processes that span across multiple Smart Campaigns. For many, this will represent a substantial change in being able to see the end-to-end process for complex automations – so what does this mean for you?
