Customer Success Event 2025
We are delighted to invite you to our annual Customer Success Event, taking place again at the wonderful Durrants Hotel in Marylebone.
This event brings together senior marketing leaders from across industries to meet, network and share their Martech and wider marketing experiences.
As we reflect on the last 12 months at Clevertouch – and in the Martech sector – this event is designed to bring you up to speed on key updates at Clevertouch, the trends and insights we see in the market, the projects we are delivering (and who we’re doing them for), and our direction of travel for 2026.
You’ll hear from our Senior Leadership Team with updates on each of the key pillars of our business – Insight & Enablement, Consulting, Data & Technology and Customer Success – as well as how we see the market evolving next year.
Three of our clients will present short summaries of key projects they have delivered this year, covering their business situation, project objectives, strategy, tactics and outcomes. This is a great opportunity to hear about other client projects and martech utilisation, as well as the related challenges, objectives and strategies that may help with your own current or future projects and campaigns.
Durrants is a beautiful, historic hotel that offers the perfect setting for an afternoon of inspiration and networking. On conclusion of the presentations, there will be a drinks reception follows by three course dinner – please let us know on the registration form if you would like to stay for dinner along with any dietary requirements.

Adam Sharp | A welcome to today's event, what you can expect to hear about and Clevertouch's direction of travel heading into 2026.
Rich Shafe | With increasing complexity and constant change in Martech, Rich shares some of the key findings from this year's State of Martech and where the opportunity may lie for many marketing leaders. Clevertouch's position in the sector is evolving, and Rich will share some context on how we are innovating to stay ahead.
Chris Fowler, Director of Research & Enablement | Since announcing the launch of our dedicated research function last Autumn, Chris and his team have built and launched martechIQ and a raft of new platform training courses (the lovemartech academy). Chris will share how our Insight and Enablement offering will expand further in 2026 and some of the successes from martechIQ so far.
Louise Cranfield, Chief Operating Officer & Alex Seabrook, Director of Technical Delivery & Business Solutions | The application of Martech has become more complex, with the main platform vendors fighting for AI airtime. Through this lens, Lou and Alex provide an update on the evolution of our core strategic Martech consulting services and business solutions.
Alec Weekes, Chief Technology Officer | Alec will share key developments from our in-house software development and engineering team over the last 12 months and details of a new software product born from client requirements - Martech Connect. Our Data practice is a key area of focus for us heading into next year too - Alec will highlight the data and analytics services available to our customers and why this should be a focus for many organisations.
Kathryn Vaughan, Senior Director of Customer Success | An overview of some of the projects we have delivered for clients over the last 12 months and how/where organisations are most seeing the impact of the support we provide.
We'll hear from a selection of our clients across different industries and projects to see and learn about their challenges, solutions and success in Martech. Clients to be confirmed soon! on their Martech success stories over the last 12 months, covering their challenges, approach and the outcome of the projects so far. This is a great opportunity to hear how other organisations are successfully implementing, connecting and proving value of their Martech investments.
After the sessions we will invite all of the client speakers onto the stage for a short Q&A session.
