Eloqua Profiler App Update
Eloqua are urging all users to upgrade to the new version of the Eloqua Profiler app before their next large update planned for February 2016 to ensure there is no uninterrupted access for sales users.
Although the updated application has a new look, the functionality is still largely the same, allowing sales users a detailed view of a contacts engagement with your brand’s digital touch-points…
Key features of Eloqua Profiler
- The contact’s lead score is shown in the top left area, next to my name (B1 in this case). The lead scoring model can changed by clicking on the score.
- Activities in the timeline at the top can be within the range of last 30 days, last 6 months, or last year.
- You can drill down further into each area within the Activity Breakdown on the right.
- The contact’s social profiles can also be connected in Eloqua and are listed on the left.
Note the Profiler view within Salesforce will still show the old Eloqua Profiler app. This can be updated by creating a new Visualforce page.
