Overview

This role plays an integral part within the business to ensure an alignment between sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
  • To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth product following training
  • Become a subject matter expert over time
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
  • To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
  • To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients and vendor to the company’s benefit

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Technical presales experience is desired
  • Experience of Marketing technology or any of the following: Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or MS Dynamics.
  • Relationship building skills, ability to hold a room, voice opinion their opinion
  • Good commercial acumen and sensitivity, drive forward opportunities
  • Technically minded however no desire for development skills etc
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions to non-technical people
