We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a love for Marketing Technology.

Working in our marketing team and reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering all marketing campaigns, including events.

Using your extensive experience of successfully delivering marketing activities with an integrated, multi-channel approach and that are aligned to business objectives, your efforts will support company growth and improve awareness and salience of CleverTouch and the brand.

  • Work with the Marketing Director and department leads for new business, partner enablement, client services, technology and recruitment to understand their objectives, target audiences, messaging and requirements for campaigns as well as provide other marketing support to the teams as needed
  • Work with the Marketing Director and other department directors to conceive marketing campaigns that create differentiated content marketing demonstrating sector leadership, generate relevant and qualified prospective clients for the sales team to nurture, to further improve our value to existing clients and build the Clevertouch brand with target audiences
  • Continuously track, assess and present the results of integrated marketing communications campaigns, identify, propose and implement improvements and report impact to the business
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence for all campaigns and events
  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audiences and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance and measure each event’s success
  • Manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure clarity of the event and expectations
  • Select, negotiate with and manage event agencies and suppliers
  • Coordinate all event operations
  • Create and manage event collateral and materials, before, during and after
  • Lead promotional activities for the event and ensure maximum impact from content afterwards to achieve a blended mix of lead generation and brand building
  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event and brief colleagues ahead of attendance
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyse each event’s success, learnings for the future, as well as prepare and present reports internally.
  • Proven experience as an events & campaign manager in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workload
  • Understanding of the current lead generation landscape and of brand building
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Ideally have knowledge of Martech
  • Ideally working in similar business or big brand/ technology experience 
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a B2B environment
