Marketing Technology Consultant

Overview

The Marketing Technology Consultant will have responsibility to deliver advice and expertise to support our clients Marketing Automation projects. They will act as a guide, both externally and internally within CleverTouch, to enable clients to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading short-term and long-term Marketing Automation projects through all phases of their lifecycle
  • Delivering on site workshops to client stakeholders determine requirements, deliver best practice and develop solutions
  • Designing, documenting and communicating solutions to complex problems
  • Support clients through testing and change enablement processes
  • Support internal teams with the delivery of challenging requirements

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a consulting role with enterprise clients
  • Experience implementing technology platforms in enterprise organisations – e.g. Marketing Automation, CRM or ERP – is desirable
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving/analytical skills
  • Confident decision making abilities
  • Understanding of integrations and the whole solution stack
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly
  • Good organizational skills to manage and prioritize workloads
  • The ability to communicate technical information to non-IT clients and colleagues
  • Web development skills and at least one programming language are desirable
  • Marketing or Marketing Technology knowledge is desirable
