Overview

Our ‘front of house’ is an important part of the Clevertouch culture, it is often the first impression for our Clients and we are proud to have a professional and well-run reception area.  We are looking for a self-motivated individual willing to take on all aspects of reception tasks (and often more).  This opportunity would suit someone with energy, who can work well within a team but also on their own and demonstrate a friendly persona and be able to think for themselves.

Reporting to the Employee & Environment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the front desk and all visitors are looked after.  You will also be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained and working in an efficient, well presented manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing calls in an efficient manner
  • Answering calls within 3 rings
  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors to site as appropriate
  • Make necessary arrangements for internal meetings
  • Book travel as and when requested
  • Meeting room management
  • Ensure the building is opened up each day
  • Assist with the coordinating of the gym and wellness area
  • Assisting with internal communications
  • Ensuring the Company’s Health & Safety policy is up to date
  • Liaising with suppliers and ensuring stock is adequate at all times
  • Provide support on facility tasks and transport planning
  • Update contact details as and when necessary
  • Assist with induction planning
