Sales Development Executive

Overview

Here at CleverTouch, we’re all about something we like to call ‘Intelligent Engagement’. This means combining the latest technologies with innovative thinking to deliver the most relevant content to your prospects at the right time. The main objective of your role will be to assist with increasing our ambitious customer acquisitions and revenue growth objectives by researching and qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the Sales team.  Working closely with the marketing campaigns team, you will define when a prospect is ready to engage.

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate with an appetite for learning and a drive and ambition and who is interested in growing as part of a young and fast paced industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with increasing our ambitious customer acquisitions and revenue growth objectives
  • Research and qualify prospects
  • Book meetings for the Sales team
  • Work closely with the marketing campaigns team to define when a prospect is ready to engage

Essential Skills

  • Graduate level education (from a good university)
  • Solid working knowledge of MS office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
  • The desire to succeed and learn new skills
  • Be self motivated with high levels of energy
  • A good sense of humour

Desirable

  • Experience from within an Inside Sales environment
  • Proven success in converting Sales calls to prospects
